This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases made on VideoMart, operated by Videomart Technologies Private Limited. By making a purchase on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.

1. Nature of Digital Content

VideoMart provides digital video content through:

  • Pay-Per-View purchases
  • Creator subscriptions

All content is delivered instantly after successful payment. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are strictly limited.

2. No-Refund Policy (Standard Rule)

All purchases made on VideoMart are final and non-refundable once:

  • A video has been accessed, streamed, or downloaded (if applicable)
  • A subscription has started
  • Content has been made available to the user

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Dislike of content
  • Partial viewing

3. Exceptions – When Refunds May Be Granted

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

3.1 Technical Failure

If:

  • Payment is successful, but content is not accessible
  • Video fails to play due to platform-side technical issues
  • Duplicate payment occurs

And the issue is verified to be solely caused by VideoMart, a refund or wallet credit may be issued.

3.2 Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of the transaction
  • We may request verification documents
  • Approved cases may receive a refund after investigation.

4. What Is Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Poor internet connection or device issues
  • Content quality dissatisfaction
  • Creator-specific pricing decisions
  • User error or misunderstanding of the content description
  • Account suspension due to policy violations

5. Subscription Cancellations

  • Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.
  • Cancellation stops future billing only.
  • No refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.
  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Creator Payout Impact

Once a transaction is completed:

  • Creator earnings are credited accordingly
  • Approved refunds (if any) will be adjusted against future payouts
  • VideoMart reserves the right to withhold payouts during refund investigations.

7. Refund Processing Time

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • Amount is credited to the original payment method or VideoMart wallet
  • Processing timelines may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.

8. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

VideoMart actively monitors refund requests to prevent abuse. Accounts found misusing the refund system may be:

  • Restricted
  • Suspended
  • Permanently banned

9. Policy Changes

VideoMart reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised date.
