5. Subscription Cancellations
- Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.
- Cancellation stops future billing only.

- Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
6. Creator Payout Impact
Once a transaction is completed:
- Creator earnings are credited accordingly
- Approved refunds (if any) will be adjusted against future payouts
- VideoMart reserves the right to withhold payouts during refund investigations.
7. Refund Processing Time
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Amount is credited to the original payment method or VideoMart wallet
- Processing timelines may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.
8. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
VideoMart actively monitors refund requests to prevent abuse. Accounts found misusing the refund system may be:
- Restricted
- Suspended
- Permanently banned
