Content Approval Process

Every premium video submitted to VideoMart is reviewed before it becomes available for purchase.

Our review process helps maintain the quality, authenticity, and trust of The Marketplace for Premium Video Content, ensuring customers receive valuable and legitimate premium video experiences.

How the Approval Process Works

Once you've uploaded your premium video content and completed all the required details, simply submit it for review.

The approval process follows these steps:

  1. Upload your premium video content.

  2. Add the title, description, thumbnail, trailer, category, and pricing.

  3. Submit the video for review.

  4. The VideoMart Review Team evaluates your submission.

  5. You'll receive an email once the review is complete.

  6. If approved, your video will appear as Ready to Publish in your VideoMart Studio.

  7. Publish your video whenever you're ready.

Approved videos are not published automatically, giving you complete control over your launch date.

How Long Does Review Take?

Most premium video content is reviewed within 24 to 72 hours.

Some videos may require additional review time depending on factors such as:

  • Video length

  • Subject matter

  • Copyright verification

  • Licensing requirements

  • Technical complexity

You'll receive updates on your registered email throughout the review process.

  • Hate speech

  • Illegal content

  • Explicit content that violates platform policies

  • Premium video content that is widely available for free elsewhere and does not provide sufficient value for customers

Can I Appeal a Rejection?

Yes.

If you believe your premium video content was rejected by mistake, you can submit an appeal.
