VideoMart respects the rights of Video Creators, Video Producers, copyright owners, production houses, distributors, businesses, and other legal rights holders.
If you believe that premium video content available on VideoMart should be removed because it violates your legal rights or our platform policies, you may submit a Content Removal Request for review.
Every request is reviewed individually by the appropriate VideoMart team. Removal requests are evaluated based on the reason for the request, the supporting evidence provided, and applicable laws and platform policies.
When Can You Request Content Removal?
You may request the removal of premium video content if:
The content infringes your copyright.
You own the intellectual property and the content has been published without authorization.
The content violates your distribution or licensing rights.
Your personal information has been shared without consent.
The content violates applicable laws or a court order.
The content breaches VideoMart's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
You are the owner of the VideoMart Studio and want to permanently remove your own published premium video content.
Depending on the reason for your request, additional documentation may be required.
Who Can Submit a Content Removal Request?
A Content Removal Request may be submitted by:
The copyright owner.
An authorized representative of the copyright owner.
A Video Creator or Video Producer requesting the removal of their own premium video content.
A production house or film studio.
An authorized distributor or licensing partner.
A business or organization with legal rights related to the premium video content.
A person acting under a valid court order or other legal authority.

What Happens After You Submit?
Once we receive your request:
Step 1: Review
VideoMart reviews the information and supporting documentation provided.
Step 2: Investigation
If necessary, we may:
Contact you for additional information.
Notify the Video Creator, Video Producer, or VideoMart Studio owner.
Review platform records and legal documentation.
Conduct an internal investigation.
Step 3: Decision
After reviewing the available evidence, VideoMart may:
Remove the premium video content.
Temporarily restrict access while additional information is reviewed.
Reject the request if insufficient evidence is provided.
Request additional documentation before making a final decision.
You'll be notified once the review has been completed.
Removing Your Own Premium Video Content
If you are the owner of a VideoMart Studio, you can remove your own premium video content at any time.
Please note that if customers have already purchased the premium video content, they will continue to have access for 45 days after the video is removed from the marketplace, in accordance with VideoMart's customer access policy.
After the 45-day period, the premium video content will no longer be available to customers through VideoMart.
False or Misleading Removal Requests
Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent Content Removal Requests is prohibited.
VideoMart may reject requests that:
Contain false information.
Misrepresent ownership or legal authority.
Are intended to harass another Video Creator or Video Producer.
Abuse the content removal process.
Repeated abuse of the process may result in account restrictions or other appropriate action.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I request the removal of my own premium video?
Yes. As the owner of a VideoMart Studio, you may request the removal of your own premium video content at any time.
What happens to customers who already purchased my video?
Customers who purchased the premium video before it was removed will continue to have access for 45 days from the date of removal. After that period, the video will no longer be available through VideoMart.
Can I request removal if someone uploaded my copyrighted work?
Yes. If you are the copyright owner or an authorized representative, you may submit a Content Removal Request. You may also use the Report Copyright Infringement process for copyright-related issues.
How long does the review take?
Most Content Removal Requests are reviewed as quickly as possible. More complex legal or ownership matters may require additional time, especially if further documentation is needed.
Will VideoMart remove content immediately?
Not always. Depending on the nature of the request, VideoMart may temporarily restrict access while the matter is investigated before making a final decision.
