Frequently Asked Questions
What video format should I upload?
VideoMart recommends uploading videos in MP4 format with 1080p resolution.
Can I upload videos that are already available on YouTube?
Yes, but VideoMart strongly prefers exclusive premium video content. Videos that are freely available on other platforms may be rejected because they reduce the value proposition for customers purchasing premium video content.
Can I upload content that's available on OTT platforms?
Yes, provided you have the legal rights or distribution rights to sell the content through a video marketplace.
Why is my video still under review?
Your video may be undergoing copyright verification, policy checks, or quality review. Most reviews are completed within 24–72 hours.
What happens if my video is rejected?
Videos may be rejected for reasons such as copyright infringement, piracy, hate speech, illegal content, spam, low quality, or because similar content is already freely available elsewhere. Depending on the reason, you may be able to edit the video and submit it again or appeal the decision.
Does VideoMart own my videos after I upload them?
No. You retain ownership of your premium video content. VideoMart is the marketplace that enables you to distribute and monetize your videos.
